Is stomache's after eating a possible sign of diabetes?

Well I have almost all of the symptoms of diabetes and now whenever I eat a meal my stomach hurts really bad and I get diareha. Is this another sign of diabetes or not? The symptoms I have are:
*drinking a lot more than I usually do
*using the bathroom a LOT more
*Tired to the point where I basically fall asleep no matter what I'm doing
*feeling really dizzy when I stand up (yesterday I fell over after standing)
*dont know if this is a symptom but I have lost about 5lbs lately
**also my sister and I kind of share this account and she has just been diagnosed with Type 1 diabtest so it runs in the family**
my skin has also been very itchy lately and my mouth is really dry. and I am always cold

A stomach ache after eating is not a sign that your diabetic, but all the other symptoms show that u might be. If it runs in your family, then with all more reason u need to take preventive meausres not to get what runs in your family. You need to get on the phone and call your family doctor, schedule an appointment and have a CBC done and be checked for diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid screen , a vaginal urinary tract infection or kidney infection, anemia (low iron) and possibly a stroke.
