Are the symptoms of stress/anxiety similar to those of diabetes?

Have a history of anxiety, first of all. Occasionally i get shaky, irritable, break out into sweat, lethargic. But when i check my glucose levels in morning, its in the 80's range. Im paranoid about have diabetes. I monitor every symptom from the # of times i pee to how thirsty i get. Any input is appreciated..thanks.

I have gone through exactly similar situation of panic attacks because of anxiety.

I just did one simple thing. It cured me completely. You know what I did?

I just let go. Let go of everything. Every worry, Everything that caused me to worry, I just let go. I stopped thinking.

You just have to do this. Sit down and think what is the most important thing for you. Is it your life? Your health and well being?

When you weigh your life against the worry for which you are having panic attacks, which is important? think about it.
You wil be able to let go of the worry.
