I have type 1 diabetes and am trying to decide what is the best treatment for a low blood sugar?

My daughter has type 1 also, for lows we use the "rule of 15" Have 15 grams of simple carb (juice, glucose tablets, regular soda) and wait 15 minutes then test again. If you're blood sugar is still below 70, repeat.
